Massage Parlour Operators Restrained

Breaking News:THE operators of the Bikini Girls Massage parlour in Perth have been permanently restrained by the Supreme Court from running an unregistered business and placing misleading job ads.The business operators have previously admitted breaching fair trading and business name laws and been fined thousands of dollars.WA's Commissioner for Consumer Protection launched legal action to stop Bon Levi and Colin Burton from further contravening the Business Names Act and the Fair Trading Act.Consumer Protection pursued the case after health salon job vacancies were advertised in community newspapers, failing to mention staff were required to wear bikinis while massaging naked or mostly naked men.Read more:
