Breaking News:THE Australian dollar ended the session lower, have falling one third of a US cent after the release of weaker than expected inflation data.At 1700 AEDT, the local unit was trading at 99.62 US cents, down from 99.86 cents yesterday.Since 0700 AEDT, the Australian dollar traded between 99.27 US cents and 99.82 cents.The Australian dollar fell to its intraday low after the release of weaker than expected consumer price index (CPI) data.
